Healing Journey Workshop
The focus of the training will be on healing the trauma body through awareness and meditation, as well as breath-work and physical practice.
This step-by-step workshop follows a series of asanas (both restorative and active, breath-led vinyasa flow), which will guide you into a state of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
